The dates are:
• July 17th thru July 21th (Monday thru Friday). Arrival on Monday and leave on Friday.

ACCOMMODATION:
• $34.00 PER NIGHT FOR 4 NIGHTS (DOUBLE OCCUPANCY) = $136.00
• $48.00 PER NIGHT FOR 4 NIGHTS (SINGLE OCCUPANCY) = $192.00
• $49.00 PER NIGHT - (IF STAYING ONLY ONE NIGHT)

MEALS (PER DAY):
• $7.20 - BREAKFAST
• $9.70 - LUNCH
• $10.70 - DINNER
  TOTAL FOR MEALS FOR THE 5-DAY DURATION = $100.70 (There is a $5.00 surcharge if not participating in the meals for the entire week).

PARKING:
• $10.00 - PER CAR (for the entire week)

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS WILL BE TAXED AT THE MARYLAND TAX RATE OF 6%.

• JUNE 16, 2017- LAST DAY FOR INDICATING INTEREST IN ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE

SPECIAL NOTE: Anyone who is unable to attend the Conference, you will still be responsible for your cost based on the requirements you outlined at the time of Commitment. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, otherwise E-BIBLE FELLOWSHIP WILL HAVE TO ABSORB THE LOSS.
